Days

Recently I have started working day shift after twelve years of evenings. Feels strange to be home in the evenings. My body keeps telling me it is wrong, but i am enjoying the fact I can come home and spend time with the family now. Although tiring till I get used to being up early again, it will be good for all of us.

Friday

So glad Friday has arrived. Still working my way through Eclipse Phase and it is growing on me. Getting up there  with ShadowRun. Need to finish up game mechanics so I can make character to test out. Still trying to brainstorm villainous race ideas. Have a name I cam up with and some basic physical information. Need to flesh it out some more still.

Games

Well I have been reading through the Eclipse Phase core book and I have to say i am impressed with the amount of detail that went into this game. I am enjoying it so far. I have just reached the game mechanics sections recently. Took about three days to work through the backstory and geo/political information. I have to say Transhumanity is an interesting future and I know i would like to sit down and play it sometime.

Other things going on are the Top Secret Projects being kicked around by the gaming group. Some interesting ideas have come about. If it came to fruition, it could be a really good thing. I am excited to maybe get a part in the plan and have even thought up some ideas to throw at the GM later this week. Thats all for now, still have some other game systems I am looking at as well as trying to get through school, heh.

Game Day

Tomorrow is game day. Finally I get to kill things. Have to pick up the boss man and hopefully he can talk. Have to get him a white board to write on so we can understand him. We are going to be one person short. Maybe an alt compaign again. We shall see.

Friday

Yep it is, and thank the maker. Being sick is worse than working all week. I will be glad to go kill stuff Sunday. Even if I have to push snore with my bumper to get there. Been playing Oblivion, finally. I picked up the Game of The Year edition for all of the content. Been fun to play and I think it surpasses Morrowind for interaction of NPC's. Other then that I guess I have no more to share.

Cellulitis

Well i am working on day four of trying to clear up my cellulitis on my face. Fun,fun. Got to have a CT of my head, which backed up the fact that my brain is intact contrary to what my wife says. Hopefully another two days and it will clear up. Need to be in top form for Sunday, game day. We took off for Valentines Day and I am eager to get back to playing.

To long

It has been to long since I have posted last. Life just consumes you sometimes, with work and school and work and school. Trying to raise your family. Gaming becomes a commodity easily lost if you are not careful. I really want to finish my shed so I have my own "man cave". I need to get back to racing and I have the perfect shed for a shop. All of my tools and equipment have stayed packed up since I moved and got married. I need to have my own sanctuary to hide in.
